Organization of purchasing activities to ensuring economic security of organizations in the state (municipal) sector

Abstract

Importance: the subject of this study is the procurement activities of economic entities of the state (municipal) sector, considered as an object of analysis and internal control carried out in order to ensure economic security. Purpose: review of the main measures to ensure economic security in the field of public procurement during the formation of requirements for the subject of procurement. Research design: the object of the study is state (municipal) institutions considered as subjects of the contract system of the Russian Federation – customers of goods, works and services. The information base for the study is the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, scientific and methodological literature on the topics «Analysis and control of state (municipal) procurement», «Ensuring the economic security of public sector organizations», «Risks of procurement activities» etc. The work used general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, comparison, analogy, etc. Results: the results of the study are the need, conditioned by us, to carry out analytical and control measures in relation to the procurement activities of state (municipal) institutions, a described list of activities, as well as means and methods aimed at ensuring economic security.
