Importance: problems of motivating employees of an organization working remotely. Purpose: to develop a methodology that allows you to evaluate the organization of motivational work in an organization and identify key motivational factors, taking into account the specifics of the organization’s activities. Research design: general scientific methods were used -deductive, inductive, systemic, as well as questionnaires and methods of analysis and synthesis, etc. Primary information was obtained from official statistical sources. To substantiate the reliability of the results obtained, a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the remote labor market in Russia was given. When developing a methodology that allows us to evaluate the organization of motivational work with personnel working remotely, key motivational factors were identified taking into account the specifics of the organization’s activities, which made it possible to develop a holistic and effective motivation system at the enterprise. Results: the improved and tested methodology will determine the further development of the process of stimulating the labor activity of workers who carry out their labor functions using information technology, working remotely. This methodology will determine the way to develop a subsystem for encouraging remote workers and stimulating their activities, and will also allow the organization to effectively develop, using specific management decisions in terms of establishing a priority direction for transforming the current remuneration system.References
