Methodological basics of the research and practical aspects ofdevelopment of interaction of the labor market and the professional system education

Abstract

Importance: the totality of organizational, managerial and socio-labor relations arising in the process of interaction between the labor market and the vocational education system, including in the context of the development of integration processes. Purpose: аnalysis of methodological approaches and practical aspects of interaction between the labor market and the sphere of vocational education. Research design: the theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the works of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of interaction between the labor market and the vocational education system. The research tools are presented by such methods as: system and functional analysis, deduction, induction, comparative analysis. The research is focused on the analysis of various methodological approaches in the field of interaction between the labor market and the vocational education system and practice-oriented tools for cooperation between subjects of the education system and the business community. Results: methodological approaches to the study of the interaction of the labor market and the vocational education system are systematized and disclosed. The fundamental role of an integrative approach is substantiated, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the process and result of interaction between the labor market and the vocational education system, and ensure the growth of consistency. The practical aspects of the application of the integrative approach are analyzed on the example of the implementation of measures for the formation and development of the ecosystem of personnel partnership between the university and the business community.
