Abstract

Importance: оver the past few decades, the agricultural industry has undergone a number of significant changes to improve the productivity and profitability of agricultural enterprises. These changes are caused by the trend towards digital technologies, the use of which will help to meet the growing demand for food. At the same time, the introduction of such technologies in agriculture should be complex, including a set of digital components that interact with each other. Purpose: modeling the architecture of digital agriculture, which allows visualizing the main aspects of digital agricultural production functioning. Research design: scientific publications and statistical analysis of data were analyzed to assess the impact of digital technologies on the agricultural industry. Based on the findings, the authors note that an architectural approach should be used to achieve the integrity of the functioning of digital agricultural production. Results: The authors proposed an interpretation of the concept of «architecture of digital agriculture» and developed a conceptual model of this architecture. Statistical analysis of data allowed us to assess the impact of digital technologies on the agricultural sector. The results show that the use of digital technologies can increase yields by an average of 20%.
