Abstract

Importance: Post-Bretton Woods economy (this is an economy of development and for development) and neoliberal economy (economy of redistribution and for redistribution). Purpose: identification of functional features of economies. Systemic features of neoliberal economies and the corresponding variant of economic policy are a direct consequence of these functional features and the corresponding system of economic goal-setting. Research design: it is quite obvious that the number of variables influencing the efficiency of neoliberal economies is much greater than the number of variables influencing the process of development and functioning of postBretton Woods economies, which gives rise to corresponding difficulties in their modeling. Results: the authors proposed schemes for constructing a one-component diagonal model and a multi-component diagonal model. The results of the empirical studies confirmed the possibility of practical use of the developed models to substantiate investment decisions in the context of globalization.
