Formation of a modern national management system and its role in ensuring sustainable development of the economy of sectoral industrial complexes and enterprises

Importance: the last decades are characterized by the increasing role of management activity in the functioning of industrial sectors and enterprises, as well as the sustainable development of the economy as a whole. In this regard, the formation of a modern management system taking into account national characteristics, corresponding to world standards and taking into account foreign experience, is a very pressing issue. The subject of the study is the management processes that ensure the sustainable functioning and development of the industry industrial complex. The object of the study is modern models of making management decisions. Purpose: the study of the concept, the most important components and principles of formation of various national cultural systems, as well as the study of the role of formation of a modern national management system in ensuring sustainable development of the economy of sectoral industrial complexes and enterprises. The main method of research is the systematization and comparative analysis of special economic literature, as well as scientific works, articles of foreign and domestic scientists-economists on the problems and trends of development of modern management models in Russia as an element of sustainable development of the economy of sectoral industrial complexes and enterprises. Research design: on the assumption that the formation of a modern national management system contributes to the development of human resources, which is one of the factors ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of industrial sectors and enterprises. Results: the classification features of the formation of various national cultural systems are identified; distinctive characteristics of Russian management taking into account the national mentality; the importance of taking into account cross-cultural differences in business and the need for managers to study them for effective interaction with colleagues of different nationalities are proven; the main problems of the formation of the modern Russian management system are also identified, an intellectual map of its formation is developed. The need to form a modern national management system is substantiated. The proposed intellectual map of the formation of the modern management system, which quite fully reflects all the identified characteristics of Russian management, will allow for the formation of a model of modern management taking into account the national mentality, the implementation of which will ensure sustainable development of the economy of industry industrial complexes and enterprises
