Formation of an effective model of interaction between corporations, society and the state in modern conditions

Importance: the processes of globalization and development of the corporate form of management have determined trends in changing the traditional distribution of power in the interaction between the state and corporations. Corporations are turning into an active subject of power, whose influence extends to other economic entities, society, socioeconomic processes, public policy, and international relations. Purpose: to develop a model of interaction between corporations, society and the state in order to achieve a balance of interests of all participants and ensure sustainable and effective development of the national economy. Research design: in the process of developing the model, the key principles necessary for its effective functioning were determined; effective areas of interaction between key entities, limitations of their interaction, as well as measures to overcome these limitations were identified; an idea of the content of the socio-economic effect for each of the three participants in the interaction was formulated, and the existence of a synergistic effect for society as a whole was emphasized, subject to successful interaction and partnership. Results: the author has developed a model of interaction between corporations, society and the state. The practical use of this model is possible in the development of state economic policy, the development of the regulatory framework, and the development of public-private partnership institutions.
