Transformational formation of qualitative characteristics of human capital as an option for building a career for young specialists

Importance: considers aspects of human capital and their impact on the effective use in the field of development of young specialists associated with subsequent employment and building a successful career. In order to form competitive advantages of young specialists in the labor market, it is proposed to supplement the existing education system with the competence of “communication”, which involves the development of skills related to social and emotional intelligence (“soft skills”) and the formation of a personal competence profile. Purpose: search for a solution to the problem of the effective use of young specialists in domestic socio-economic practice based on the theory of human capital. Research design: the main attention is paid to the study of such an indicator of human capital as “education” and its impact on the effectiveness of the presence of young specialists in the labor market (demand, career growth). Results: а variant of human capital quality management is proposed that contributes to the effective employment and career building of young specialists, taking into account changes in competence priorities caused by the digitalization of the economy, and is focused on the development of new competencies using modern tools for the formation of a young specialist in the education system.
