Importance: the use of production control tools helps to optimize the processes of the corporation’s activities, identify problematic aspects of maintaining the current level of efficiency and make informed management decisions in the field of its strengthening. The effectiveness of a corporate organization depends on the organization of a control system for production and sales processes, starting from sending samples, purchasing raw materials, analyzing the skill level of personnel, organizing the production and sale of manufactured products, and the current level of competitiveness of both products as a whole and by business segments. Purpose: to substantiate the directions of production control, the specifics of the formation of information support and tools for its implementation to strengthen the level of reliability of its implementation, aimed at optimizing processes in corporate structures, taking into account modern risks and challenges of the business environment. Research design: the systematization of the main aspects of information support for production control is based on the specifics of regulatory and legal regulation of its implementation. The elements of the internal control system have been adapted for possible characterization of the control environment of a corporate organization, which made it possible to determine the factors and criteria for conducting a test assessment of the reliability of the control environment of a corporate organization. Results: a comprehensive assessment was carried out based on the effectiveness of each element of the production control of the corporate organization, which made it possible to develop measures aimed at improving the reliability of the use of control procedures in the process of control actions.
