Cross-factor analysis of the development of the sphere telecommunication services of russian regions in conditions of destabilization of the global economic environment

Importance: the sphere of telecommunication services of the Russian regions of the individual level of development under the influence of factors characterizing the spatial, functional, adaptation and organizational components of its development in the context of destabilization of the global and macro-economic economic environment in the twenties of the XXI century. Purpose: identification of factors affecting the state and prospects of development of telecommunication services in the Russian regions in the context of destabilization of the global economic environment. Research design: a monographic method – to establish the spatially functional and situational contexts for the development of the field of telecommunications services. The main method is content analysis based on empirical research using auxiliary methods: cluster analysis – to establish the spatial and functional features of the subject of research, correlation regression and strategic analysis – to identify the dynamics of telecommunications services in strategic, operational and adaptation content. Results: the state of telecommunication services in Russian regions has been established, differing in the level and nature of development of the service sector (spatial and functional aspect) in the context of destabilization of the global economic environment (situational aspect); established using crossfactor analysis and a set of supporting analytical methods, general and special in the development of telecommunication services in the regions of the country in the following contents: inter-cluster position, intra-cluster position, strategic dynamics, adaptation to destabilization conditions, speed of adaptation to de-stabilization conditions, operational dynamics, logical connections, degree of threat perception.
