Structured contents of mechanism of regional finances of Russian federation

Abstract

In this article the author opens theoretical and methodological aspects of construction of structure of the mechanism of the regional finance to various signs: to the economic maintenance, methods of distribution of gross national product and the national income, to a management method and others. The special attention is given to organizational structure of the mechanism of the regional finance, providing possibility of the constant coordination of its components.
