Financial guarantee of the Russian nano-industry: the institutional aspect

Abstract

In the article it is based, that for constructing the competitive national innovation economy, including nano-industry, it is necessary to develop and to accept complex normative lawful report «Innovation code of the Russian Federation». In which it is necessary to systematize in force standards and to fasten the financial-lawful mechanisms, which stimulate economic subjects to use results of scientific, scientific and technical and innovation activity, and to also actively produce com­petitive science-intensive production, including the achievements of nano-technologies.
