Experience of creation of scientific and educational centre in the region

Abstract

The article deals with the problem and the reasons (necessity, forms of satisfaction) of establishment in Voronezh State University of REC «Higher School of Leaders», under the patronage of Government of Voronezh region and Russian Security Council. Contingent of students: the top managers of enterprises, state officials, students, graduates. Establishment of the REC should promote the competence of manager_meps­istrative staff. It will have an impact on strengthening the capacity of university departments, implementing programs of SPE.
