Formation of monitoring algorithm of industry-science relations of territorial units

Abstract

In article the actual question for today of innovative development of national economy is considered, role of Industry-science relations (ISR) in National innovation system (NIS) is proved. The basic atten­tion is given to monitoring of ISR condition of territorial formations, the basic indicators are allocated, monitoring stages are revealed, and algorithm of verification of statistical model is offered.
