Human capital assets in national machinery producing industry: problem and prospects of development

Abstract

In given article the role of the human capital as the factor defining development of economic system, caused by transition from one cone of a diversification of economy to another is considered. In the Russian conditions inefficient use of the human capital is at the bottom of low competitiveness of domestic mechanical engineering that poses serious threat to long-term development of national economy. These results from the fact that the mechanical engineering is a key economic branch of economy of any country closely interconnected with leading branches of economy and providing their steady functioning.
