Abstract

Complex analysis of investment activity (CAIA) is necessary to examine in the framework of both intrafarm and external (corporate, financial) analysis. Establishment of the Committee on Investment Activity in the structure of the Board of Directors permits to solve problems of strategic investment analysis. It is necessary to pay attention to balance between the real need of analytical work to substantiate the appropriateness of investment activity and costs involved with its organization.
