Features of determination not the synchronous developments of regions

Abstract

In article specificity of an origin not synchronism regions is shown. It is proved that now it is impossible to establish the reasons not synchronism of regional development as they aren't systems in literal sense. Regions have mainly lines of conglomerates, therefore it is necessary to be limited to search of factors which influence economic dynamics of regions.
