Approaches to strategic management of the various activities of the enterprise

Abstract

As the methodology of strategic management is most often recognized systematic approach in all aspects of its manifestation, however, according to the author of this article, in the organization there are always non-systemic factors, non-system caused by human activities in the organization. In addition, there is no single optimal approach to strategic decision-making in the firm.
