Abstract

Model of total factor productivity (TFP) as it relates to a production function that allows you to theoretically separate the contribution of factors of production and scientific and technical progress in the growth of the economic system are considered in the article. In the article on the bases of generalization of many empirical studies of the modern growth of Russia shows that this model is of great importance, because productivity growth integrates all the processes of modernization occurring in the economy, and the TFP model makes it possible with the help of statistical and econometric analysis to follow the dynamics of different factors contribute to the economic growth.
