Economic analysis, control and planning of development of regions for the substantiation and realizations of their strategy

Abstract

In article questions of the economic analysis and control of key indicators of development of regions of Russia are considered. The structure of indicators is defined, proceeding from level and speed of development of the regions defining their strategic scenarios. Division of regions into four types which can be focused on innovative, imitating and inertial scenarios is made. For each type of regions the certain set of the indicators defining its condition and prospects of innovative development is offered.
