Prognostic Evaluation of Business Development in the Market of Agricultural Machinery: the Degree of State Intervention

Abstract

In the article some trends of economic development (dynamics of GDP, investments into fixed capital, inflation of consumer prices etc.) are analyzed that allows to describe relevant state policy concerning business activities. The analysis of available risks and look-ahead data allows concluding that the level of business activity development in agricultural machinery market is crucial; direct state intervention is inadmissible owing to uncertainty and a high probability of gross blunders; creation of frame conditions for business activity patterns' modification in the agricultural machinery market is necessary.
