RATIO ANALYSIS OF REQUIREMENTS OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A SPECIALIST SERVICE CONTRACT

Abstract

Purpose: to systematize the conceptual apparatus, taking into account the profile of professional competence in the field of procurement; to justify the need for and nature of a competence analysis in accordance with the requirements of accounting and analytical work of the expert contract service the customer. Discussion: implementation of the provisions of the contract operation of the RF system has led to the need for the profession of specialist in the field of procurement. Rule of Law, disclosed in the documents governing the different levels of legislative regulation of the procurement activities are in conflict with the existing labor law practice, which is justified by the need for a comparison of the provisions of a professional standards in the field of procurement and educational standards of bachelor's and master's degrees. Results: analysis of compliance with labor expert functions in the field of procurement and professional competencies of studying in the areas of economics and law.
