ANALYSIS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN SUBJECTS OF CONTRACT SYSTEM IN PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Purpose: identification of the main subjects of the Russian contract procurement for a substantiation their interaction in the economic analysis of the effectiveness of the procurement of goods, works and services, the internal control system of the educational organization and risk management. Discussion: We have analyzed the legal aspects of the contract of service of the customer. We identified the need to separate the subjects of procurement activities in the internal and external, including the participation of the subjects of the state financial and social control. The subjects of the internal analysis of the effectiveness of procurement activities can indirectly and directly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the economic analysis. Results: we presented the scheme of interaction of structural divisions of the customer in the framework of contractual services in state organizations based on assessing the contribution of the subjects of the contract system to improve the performance of the procurement of goods, works and services.
