Abstract

Purpose: to open economical and legal essence and content of anti-competitive ac-tions of settlement centres in the market of management of apartment houses. Dis-cussion: violation of the competitive right reveals through violation of regulations of the housing legislation, control of which is under authority of the regional power whose actions were the reason of economic instability in the market of management of apartment houses. Results: the positive practice of application of the antitrust law in the market of management of apartment houses in the region based on a line item about inadmissibility of any participation of representatives of authorities in operational activity of the entity for the purpose of increase of its competitiveness is created by authors.
