Actual issues of planning in the system of state and municipal purchases

Abstract

Purpose: the article examines the characteristics of procurement planning of the state and municipal customers. Discussion: the nature of planning in terms of the law on the contract system consists in development an optimal procurement plan to achieve the objectives of the procurement. Regulatory framework procurement planning is being improved often, that creates a need for constant monitoring of legislative changes in the sphere of planning, as a tool for effective consequences of management decisions. Results: we formulated effective ways and means of implementing the adopted development strategy of the economic entity, allowing to carry out the planning process without mistakes and negative consequences.
