Investment in human capital as the driving force of innovation economy development

Abstract

Purpose: the authors consider the formation problems of innovative economy in Russia, influence peculiarities of innovative economy in various spheres of socio-economic life in the country. Discussion: the authors substantiate the priority position in the human capital investments. The human capital is a powerful factor of innovative economy development. The authors prove the interaction between the investment in the human capital and development opportunities of the innovation economy. The authors offer to increase the investment in the human capital, because investments are the driving force of innovation economy development. Result: the authors substantiated the influence of the human capital and innovative development of the national economy. Economy of certain development level provides the opportunity for development a new quality of human capital. In turn, the human capital quality largely determines the stability, the nature and level of further socio-economic development of the country.
