Incentive model of gathering and recycling of the plastic waste

Abstract

Purpose: the paper is dedicated to the problem of incentives for gathering and recycling of the plastic waste. Discussion: the authors consider the incentive problem from the theory of control in organizational system which is presented in a three-level control system. Results: the authors found an explicit solution of the problem for the cases of a three-level control system federal state – enterprises – population and for several agents in a two-level system federal state – enterprises
