Abstract

Purpose: the authors reveal the economic essence and content of illegal profit-making by a natural monopoly entity on a specific example. Discussion: the authors analyze the one of the ways of the pricing procedure violation. Results: the authors formed the positive practice of antimonopoly legislation application in the market of water supply and sanitation services.
