Evaluation of existing approaches to the definition of labor resources for the economic entity

Abstract

Purpose: the authors classify the labor resources on group characteristics in terms of gender, age, level of education, profession, belonging to a social group, types of social structure of the organization. Discussion: the authors note that the role of effective personnel management increases in the context of the financial crisis and economic sanctions for the rational use of available resources. Results: the authors classified the personnel in order to use in the economic analysis of the organization’s labor resources of the economic entity.
