Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to the issues of integrated assessment of the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise on the basis of a multidimensional approach to the formation of indicators. Discussion: The article presents theoretical approaches to understanding the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of traditional theory, taking into account the influence of external and internal factors. The stages of assessing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise are justified and a system of indicators for assessing competitiveness is proposed based on five groups of indicators. Results: Based on the proposed concept, a functional model of an integrated assessment of the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise was developed taking into account the multidimensional approach to the formation of indicators. The model served as the basis for developing a mechanism for forming the strategic competitive advantages of industrial companies.
