Features of procurement activities in public health service

Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the analysis and systematisation of laws and regulations for procument activities, services for health institutions proper functioning. It also aims to show predominant ways to define a supplier (contractor), in accordance with the specifics of the subject. Try to show problem areas in public procurement system in the healthcare. Discussion: Presently, there is an active development of public procurement system, the legislator sets the vector of centralized development of procurement activities in accordance with economic conditions of the financial market. Saving money is the head of procurement efficiency, which is implemented through competitive methods of determining suppliers (contractors). Results: the authors disclosed key points of procurement activities and emphasized the subjects of procurement according to the needs. The authors also mention the problem areas in public procurement system.
