Transnational corporations: modern features and development directions

Abstract

Purpose: the authors consider the modern features of transnational corporations, find out their role in the global economy, identify the problems of transnational corporations activity, consider the prospects for the transnational corporations development. Discussion: the authors reviewed the modern features of transnational corporations. The authors ponder about the development challenges and prospects of multinational companies. Also the authors think about what kind of transnational corporations occupy the first places in the world ranking. Likewise the authors reflect about what kind of foreign transnational corporations are leading in Russia. Similarly the authors try to identify the basic role of transnational corporations in the global economy. Results: the authors disclosed the entity of modern transnational corporations, their role in the world economy, as well as their development problems and prospects.
