Improving the system for building business processes at the enterprise

Abstract

Purpose: to consider the possibility of improving the system of building business processes in the enterprise based on the Business Studio software. Discussion: the use of key capabilities of the Business Studio software at each stage of business process modeling allows for their optimization, formalization of the company's business strategy, analysis of information and documentary flows in the enterprise. Results: in the framework of improving the system of building business processes in the enterprise based on the Business Studio software, the article showed an increase in the efficiency of business processes at all levels of the organization and optimization of the work of employees involved in the process management cycle. The results of the implementation of an integration solution that provides technological support for process-oriented management in the organization are described.
