Investment determinants of human capital development in the сontext of innovative development of the economy

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to substantiating the role of human development for the Russian model of the economy based on innovation. Discussion: the paper substantiates the position of priority of investments in human capital. The mutual orientation of the impact of investments in human capital and innovative development of the economy. Results: investments in human capital enable its qualitatively new development, and the quality of human capital, in turn off, determines the level of further socio-economic development of the country.
