Abstract

Purpose: to analyze the key features and problems of strategic management of innovative development of a hightech enterprise, to identify trends in strategic management of innovative development. Discussion: In the conditions of increasing competition, the problem of strategic management of innovative development becomes more and more urgent for hightech enterprises, which involves a constant search for methods that allow redistributing unique resources when external and internal circumstances change. Strategic management of innovation develop-ment is based on the implementation of such elements as: competitive advantage, distinctive capabilities, strategic intent, strategic capabilities, strategic goals and strategic plans. Results: the paper examines the key elements of strategic management of innovative development. The problems of forming an innovative development strategy determined by the volatility of the digital environment in which a hightech enterprise operates are identified. The most important part of the such strategic management is the knowledge, skills, experience and commitment of employees to the enterprise. The most significant feature of human resource management is strategic integration, which follows from the vision of the top management regarding the development of the entire enterprise.
