Strategic development planning of russian regions

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to problems of developing scientific foundations for organizing strategic planning system of regions of the Russian Federation. Discussion: strategy of economic development of region requires planning and clear structure for implementation of activities. For this purpose, it is planned to improve theoretical foundations of strategic planning in social and economic spheres of regions activities. In particular, it is necessary to take into account their specificity, as well as to develop universal algorithms of actions and methodological provisions. Results: regional strategic planning is an innovative mechanism for optimizing managerial actions at regional level in the Russian Federation.
