Adoption of digital technologies in region public administration process

Abstract

Purpose: the article presents the views of modern Russian scientists on the role of digitalization of the economy on the processes of providing state and municipal services of the Russian Federation. Discussion: the authors carried out the analysis of the degree of introduction of digital technologies in the regions and its role on the quality of services provided. The article shows the influence of modern digital technologies on the quality and speed of providing state and municipal services, as well as on the efficiency of the public administration system on the example of the Voronezh region. Results: the authors proposed to develop standards in the field of digitalization of public administration, with a mandatory report on the satisfaction of the population with the work of public administration bodies. This will improve the quality of the activities of state management bodies and, accordingly, the quality of life.
