Роль государственно-частного партнерства в развитии высшей школы региона

Abstract

Purpose: substantiation of the role of public-private partnership (PPP) in the development of the region's high school. Discussion: in contrast to the traditional role of the notions of public-private partnership in development of higher school should be justified in the interests of the state and business, implemented in PPP projects, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the extended range of internal and external environment of universities needs. Results: we identified functions, strategic goals and objectives of a public-private partnership, the interests of its members allows the folded system of the role of this phenomenon in the development of higher education in the region.
