Peculiarities of design features of the integrated management systems in enterprises

Abstract

The article deals with currently aspects of integrated management systems design. These systems serve as mechanisms that improve the processes of corporate governance, as well as increasing quality of products and create economic development prospects. Special attention is given to the project's organization, recruitment, rational distribution of authority and responsibility. Based on the currently existing global trends and approaches to the formation of the company management systems author offers his views on the design of such systems.
