Institutional matrix of information and network economy

Abstract

This article investigated the information and network economy, its specifics and structure. The role of virtualization of economic processes is revealed. The directions of institutional changes in information and network economy are defined. The institutional matrix reflecting system of basic institutes of information and network economy is offered.
