Local self-government in the solution to questions of social services and the population life quality increase: comparative inter-country analysis

Abstract

The author has demonstrated the value of the local self-government in resolving the social issues of the manager_mepsistered areas. The experience of the local self-government of industrially developed and developing countries in the areas of social protection, residential and municipal economy, education, health care, culture and improvement has been generalized. The advantages and restrictions of the local selfgovernment model used in developed and developing countries have been revealed.
