DIRECTIONS OF INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF MANAGEMENT AT THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

Objective: In article it is considered directions of increase of efficiency and productivity of management at a municipal level in modern conditions. Discussion: For increase of efficiency and productivity of management at a municipal level it is necessary to introduce market methods of regulation in managerial process, bodies of public authority should turn to a special class of municipal managers and to avoid a possibility not performance of the obligations by municipalities, it is necessary to replace traditional management anti-recessionary. Results: prospects of use of the theory of new state management at a municipal level are shown.
