Current level assessment of regional tangible and intangible assets use in the Belgorod region

Abstract

Purpose: the author assesses the level of use for regional tangible and intangible assets and determines the possibility of increasing it through the lean production concept introduction. Discussion: the author considers it necessary to provide an objective assessment of indicators reflecting the performance level of this activity to manage socio-economic development and adoption of timely corrective measures in the context of the lean production tools introduction aimed at rational use of tangible and intangible assets in the region. Results: the author defined the indicators list reflecting the rational use of regional tangible and intangible assets. Also the author offered and tested the estimation method of social and economic development in the conditions of lean production introduction on the example of the Belgorod region. In addiction the author developed the recommendations on the results of the evaluation.
