Abstract

Purpose: аrticle is devoted to the development of transport and logistics industry in the field of management of operational processes of «digital» transport and logistics, under the influence of such factor as digitalization. Discussion: аnalytics, forecasts and estimates of the development prospects of the transport and logistics industry, in the field of operational process management. Changes in the market of transport and logistics services, influenced by the development of digitalization. Digitalization as a factor in the development of the industry. Promising technologies, within the framework of digitalization of business, for transport and logistics companies. Results: the article justifies the authors view on understanding the current and future state of the industry, its development, under the influence of digitalization. The relationships between important elements of business processes are shown, changing which can significantly increase the efficiency of the company and industry. Business processes have been systematized, under the influence of digitalization, which can increase the growth of efficiency of activities.
