Global scientific and educational centers as an indi-cator of economic development of the region

Abstract

Purpose: the article examines worldclass regional scientific-educational cen- ters, analyzes the main indicators of the established scientificeducational centers. Discussion: the key problems of the formationscientific and educational centers in Russia are highlighted. Results: the author presents the target indicators and indicators planned to be achieved within the framework of the implementation of the program of the centers' activities, a list of indicators for assessing the socio-economic effect of the creation of scientific-educational centers is proposed.
