The specifics of project management in the internet environment

Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the specifics of project management in the Internet. Discussion: there is a proposition that the basis for the selection, evaluation and implementation of projects in the Internet are the basic postulates of the project approach with its basic specific system elements and laws. Results: the author identified and justified the basic indicators for calculating the effectiveness of projects in the Internet, namely: conversion rate, the cost of attracting visitors to the site, return on investment, etc.
