Формирование системы инновационного развития региона

Abstract

Purpose: Teoretiko-methodical aspects of creation of system of innovative development of the region are presented in article, subsystems, elements and interrelations in system which allow to reach the balanced innovative development are allocated. Discussion: Authors offered system approach to innovative development of the region, expediency of its application is proved, process of formation of system of innovative development of the region is defined. Elements of creation of system are allocated and characterized. The special part is assigned to a complex of interrelations – target, the main, private, providing. Subsystems of system of innovative development of the Voronezh region are presented. Results: Taking into account creation of system of innovative development of the region by authors are predicted by results of introduction of system of innovative development of the region, and also need of performance of a number of conditions of effective realization of the directions of innovative development of the Voronezh region is proved.
