Global labor market: problems and development trends

Abstract

Purpose: to identify, based on the analysis of statistical data the main problems and trends in the global labour market. Discussion: global labor market is an important element of the world economy. The dynamics of economic growth largely depends on its conjuncture. The new character of the social and labor relations creates a number of problems that hinder the progressive development of the global labour market and requires further investigation. Results: the study identified the main problems and trends in the global labour market: an increase of unemployed, informally employed, rising flexibility of employment with a simumanager_mepsneous reduction of social guarantees, etc. The significant influence of the world labor market on the functioning and development of national markets is substantiated.
