Abstract

Purpose: To identify the main opportunities for automation of the activities of employees of real estate agencies in the current economic conditions. Discussion: Authors believe that automating the activities of employees is a key task of the company with an increasing level of competition and a decrease in profitability in the real estate market. In this regard, the discussion of the problematic aspects of automation in the sphere of sale and purchase of real estate and determination of possible ways of their elimination becomes especially topical. Results: authors proposed an recommendations for automating the activities of employees of real estate agencies are formulated.
