Building an effective system for managing the results of intellectual activities of industrial enterprises

Importance: the process of managing the results of intellectual activity (RIA) of industrial enterprises. Purpose: to determine the main conditions and aspects of building an effective RIA management system for an industrial enterprise. Research design: GOST R 56273.4-2016/CEN/TS 16555-4:2014 was analyzed, the experience of universities in creating small innovative enterprises on their basis, the activities of state corporations, the conceptual provisions of the modern management paradigm, i.e., all those theoretical and applied points that set the direction for the search for elements of an effective system for managing the results of intellectual activity. Results: the use of elements of the process approach to RIA management, among which the main element is information technology, is substantiated. The key elements of the structure of managing the results of intellectual activity of industrial enterprises are determined. The results of the analysis of intellectual asset management systems of industrial enterprises, which are focused on mixed forms of ownership, are presented.
